Founder Wayne Daley
Wayne has spent over 23 years in the information technology industry, specializing in cyber security. He has worked his way from the help desk to management, utilizing his extensive and diverse hands-on experience and advanced education along the way.
Wayne started Launch Gig, a recruitment and consultant firm, because the service he received from recruiters during his career, as both a candidate and a hiring manager, was not only poor and disappointing but also lacked mutual respect, individualized care and the constructive follow up necessary for building real, long-standing relationships.
Having been on both sides of the desk, he knows the issues, difficulties and challenges IT hiring managers and professionals face daily.
He understands the business, having the insights and knowledge due to real industry experience. Wayne uses constructive guidance and coaching to ensure candidates find the perfect job fit for them. His success is made possible by his passion for mentoring—building respect and trust while forming true partnerships.
